Welcome! To purchase a bus pass, help with trip planning and for lost and found, visit the Transit & Visitor Information Center (TVIC).

Visit the Transit & Visitor Information Center right at the intersection of Pine Ave. and 1st St. for easy access to transit and visitor information including:
- Bus pass sales
- Real-time transit schedule display
- ID card processing for seniors & LBT dependents
- Lost and found services
- Route information given by friendly Customer Service representatives (ADA-accessible windows available)

Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday – Sunday: 5 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
First Street Transit Gallery
Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach on First St. between Long Beach Blvd. and Pacific Ave, the Transit Gallery serves as the focal point for local, sub-regional and regional transit systems.
Here you can connect with a majority of LBT routes, the Metro A Line and other regional bus routes (Torrance, Metro, LADOT, and Amtrak’s thruway service).
The Transit Gallery has shelters designated with letters A – H.

Welcome! If you’re traveling from Downtown Long Beach to Los Angeles, take Metro routes 232 or 60. For service between Downtown Long Beach and San Pedro, take LADOT route 142. If you’re traveling from Downtown Long Beach to Redondo Beach, take Torrance Transit route R3.
